Our Campus
Austin Prep's campus is continuous evolving. Recent enhancements include new, state of the art athletic facilities, a beautifully crafted dining hall, renovated chapel, infused technology and enhanced resources throughout our classrooms, and new projects at the turn of every academic year.

Retirement Plan
Employees are offered generous retirement plans through TIAA/CREF.
Austin Prep matches up to 7% of an employee's contributions into a 403b tax deferred retirement account. Employees are eligible to enroll and contribute immediately, and are 100% vested following 3 years of employment.

Dining Hall
In the spirit of unitas, Austin Prep employees are welcome to enjoy complimentary lunch in the Dining Hall. Cuisine offerings are crafted daily by our in-house chefs, and include complimentary freshly brewed coffee, tea, espresso, entrée menu, deli bar, salad bar, homemade soups, gourmet pizza, and dessert offerings.
Paid Holidays and Vacation Time
All employees enjoy 18 school holidays each year. Academic employees enjoy vacation time that aligns with all student breaks, including the summer months. Staff exempt employees are granted four weeks of vacation, and non-exempt staff receive 2-4 weeks of vacation, dependent on years of service.
St. Augustine Teacher Academy
New faculty are mentored and trained by our accomplished faculty members while acclimating to a role of independence within Austin Prep.
Tuition Reimbursement
Austin Prep values the importance of education and offers tuition reimbursement for employees who pursue advanced degrees and additional education.
