Rain Can't Keep the Class of 2024 from Enjoying Disney World

The annual Senior Class Trip to Disney World marked the transition from the fall foliage to the holiday season. This year’s trip was among the most memorable. It rained and rained and rained, non-stop. What was most unforgettable, however, was not the amount of water, but the indomitable spirit of the Class of 2024. Despite record rainfall in Florida which coincided exactly with the dates of the Senior Class trip, the Class of 2024 were enthusiastic, excited, energetic, and determined to make memories of a lifetime. During 5 days of rain, I didn’t encounter a single complaint or even a grumble from a single student. It’s credit to their character and to the Austin Prep charism of unitas.
