With inclusive tuition, flexible payment options, and needs-based assistance, families can plan with confidence while ensuring their students receive a transformative education.
Tuition for the 2026-2027 school year is $37,400.
Austin Prep does not charge additional fees.

Tuition Assistance
Austin Prep provides tuition assistance to approximately 35% of our students. Our tuition assistance program is a needs-based grant program. The Heritage Grant Awards help defray the cost of education for families who qualify solely on the basis of demonstrated financial need. Learn more.
Tuition Deposit
Enrollment for the subsequent academic year generally begins in January. In addition to the signed enrollment agreement, a non-refundable tuition deposit is required to secure the student’s enrollment. The enrollment, including paid deposit, reserves the student’s space in class and allows the student to select courses for the new school year. The tuition deposit is applied toward tuition.
Registration
A one-time payment is required at the time a new student initially enrolls at Austin Prep and this is not required in subsequent years for re-enrollment. The registration payment is non-refundable and is in addition to the basic tuition and enrollment deposit.
Tuition Payment
Austin Preparatory School uses the Veracross Parent Portal for the billing and payment of tuition and other student charges. Austin Prep has three Payment Plans Options available (see below). You select the Plan that best works for you during the online enrollment process.
Payment Options:

One Pay Plan due May 31st.

3-Payment Installment Plan. Three automatic payments due on April 30th , June 30th, and August 31, 2026.

9-Payment Installment Plan. Nine automatic monthly payments due on the last day of the month from April through December 2026.
There is a per-student administrative charge for participating in the 3-Pay and 9-Pay plans and Auto Pay is required of these plan participants.
-3 Pay Administrative charge of $325.
-9 Pay Administrative charge of $500.
Tuition payments are managed through your Veracross Parent Portal.

Tuition at Austin Prep does not fully cover the cost of providing the transformative education our students receive. Philanthropic support plays a vital role in advancing our mission and sustaining excellence across academics, athletics, the arts, and student life.
Gifts to the Austin Prep Fund directly support the school’s annual operating budget, helping fund academic innovation, faculty and staff development, and the programs that benefit every student. These tax-deductible contributions ensure Austin Prep remains accessible, mission-driven, and strong.
All families are invited to participate in the Austin Prep Fund at a level that is meaningful for them. In addition to annual giving, families may also choose to support capital initiatives focused on long-term priorities such as campus improvements and endowment growth.
