Applying to Austin Prep

Thank you for your interest in Austin Prep.
Founded in 1961, Austin Preparatory School is an independent, Augustinian, Catholic day school serving students in grades 6–12. Rooted in the teachings of St. Augustine, our program blends rigorous academics with character formation, preparing young men and women to grow as lifelong learners, engaged citizens, and compassionate leaders.
With small classes averaging 16 students and a 10:1 student-to-teacher ratio, every student is known, supported, and encouraged to achieve their personal best. Beyond the classroom, Austin Prep offers 22 interscholastic athletic programs, 60 clubs, and 19 Advanced Placement courses. This breadth of opportunities creates a vibrant school experience that nurtures each student’s talents. Our graduates are accepted to four-year colleges and universities equipped with the confidence and purpose to succeed.
The Office of Admissions begins welcoming visitors to campus in October and looks forward to sharing why an Austin Prep education makes a transformative difference in the life of every student.
