Journey Day at Austin Prep

Journey Day: Spend a Day as an Austin Prep Student

A Journey Day gives prospective students the opportunity to shadow an Austin Prep student and experience a typical school day at our Augustinian Catholic middle and high school in Reading, Massachusetts. Visits are personalized by grade level and interests, including academics, athletics, arts, clubs, and leadership.

What to Expect

  • Attend two classes: Experience our engaging academic environment and dynamic classrooms.
  • Connect with faculty and staff: Meet our teachers and coaches who are committed to the success of every student both inside and outside the classroom.
  • Lunch is on us! Enjoy a fresh meal in our renovated Dining Hall – from soup or salad, pasta or potatoes, deli or dessert, our Dining Services team has you covered.

Booking a Journey Day

  • Contact information: Call the Office of Admissions at (781) 944-4900 x4770 or email admissions@austinprep.org to reserve your spot.
  • Schedule a meeting: Interested in a specific program like an athletic team, dance or theatre group, or a particular club? Let us know in advance, and we will try to arrange a meeting with the relevant advisers or coaches.
  • Available dates: Journey Days begin in the fall, with select dates offered starting in late September.
