Middle School

Middle School has its own teams for Basketball (boys & girls), Lacrosse (boys),

Soccer (boys & girls) and Softball (girls) – students in grades 6, 7 and 8 may participate

Students in grades 6 through 12 are eligible to try out for Cross Country, Indoor Track & Field, Outdoor Track & Field, Skiing and Swimming – all are varsity teams

Students in grade 7 are also eligible to try out for select upper school freshman and junior varsity teams (varies by sport)

Students in grade 8 are also eligible to try out for select upper school freshman, junior varsity and varsity teams (varies by sport)

The Austin Prep Cougars participate in the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council (NEPSAC).

Our Athletics program offers more than 18 interscholastic sports and 50 teams (middle school, freshman, junior varsity and varsity levels).
