Girls Varsity Cross Country

The Austin Prep Girls Cross Country program competes at the highest level in the NEPSAC Division II, consistently establishing itself among the premier programs in New England. The team captured the NEPSAC Championship in 2022 and followed that achievement with a strong third-place finish in 2024. Since joining one of the most competitive conferences in the region, the girls have qualified for the NEPSAC Championship every season, reflecting a sustained standard of excellence and commitment. The program competes in numerous elite invitationals throughout the fall, providing student-athletes with opportunities to race against top competition, including an annual overnight trip to participate in one of the most prestigious invitationals in the country. With the Reading Town Forest serving as the team’s home course, the program emphasizes both competitive growth and a strong team culture. Graduates of the program have gone on to compete at the collegiate level.
