The Austin Prep Baseball Program is recognized as one of the premier destinations in the region for student-athletes seeking both high-level competition and meaningful development. With a history that includes numerous State Championships and consistent standing among the top NEPSAC programs, Austin Prep Baseball has built a reputation for excellence and sustained success. The program has also produced a significant number of college commits across all levels—Division I, II, and III—including schools such as Virginia Tech, Tennessee, NC State, Duke, Trinity College, Franklin Pierce, Bentley University, and William & Mary.

At the core of the program is a strong commitment to player development. Emphasis is placed on refining fundamentals, strengthening baseball IQ, and preparing athletes to perform with confidence and consistency. The structure of the program includes four levels from varsity through a dedicated middle school team allowing the coaching staff to thoughtfully place each player in an environment that supports individual growth while contributing to collective success.
