Varsity Field Hockey

The Austin Prep Field Hockey Program represents one of the newest and most exciting additions to the school’s athletic offerings, creating another meaningful opportunity for student-athletes to compete and grow. Established under the direction of Director of Athletics Patrick Driscoll, the program has quickly gained momentum and, in a short period of time, has become one of the most popular fall sports on campus at 101 Willow Street.

Built with intention and energy, the program emphasizes skill acquisition, game understanding, and a strong sense of team connection. Practices are structured to support both new and experienced players, fostering confidence, adaptability, and a passion for the game as the program continues to grow.

Aligned with the mission of Austin Prep, Field Hockey is committed to developing well-rounded student-athletes who demonstrate responsibility, sportsmanship, and a positive mindset. The program promotes a welcoming and encouraging environment where players are empowered to challenge themselves, support one another, and take pride in representing the school both on and off the field.
