About Orientation
(for new and returning members of the Class of 2021)

Service Requirements

The Mission Statement of Austin Preparatory School emphasizes the importance of lives of service to others in the spirit of Jesus Christ.

Volunteer work gives our students the opportunity to reach out to others who truly need what they have to offer: their time and their talents. Students can experience and share God’s love in concrete ways through their words and their actions in ministry to others. They can make a real difference in the lives of others.

Carpooling & Uniform Swap

Need a little help getting your child to and from school? Looking to pick up uniform pieces at a savings or donate little-used items? Join the Austin Prep Parents Association Group on Facebook (Log in to Facebook and search for Austin Prep Parents Association).

Current families have been using the group to set up carpools and exchange uniform items they no longer need.

For carpooling, just mention the town you live in, or direct message someone who has already posted their town.

For the "uniform swap," post the items you no longer need, or the items you are looking for - when you see something you are interested in, direct message that person to arrange for a swap. Current families have also been posting helpful advice and uniform tips they wish they had before buying.
