In June, Mr. Christopher Ayers, Foreign Language Faculty, accompanied Olivia Venuto, Aingea Venuto, Emily Happeny, Anastasia Mastrocola, and Stephanie Gratiano to Greece for a cultural trip. The group explored all of the country's magnificent wonders, from the ancient to the modern. Below is their travel blog. Enjoy!
Our departure from Athens, as Olivia, Emily, Anastasia and Dawn (Venuto) chat with our Tour Director Alexandra Balafa. A former third-grade teacher, Alexandra always delighted us with stories of her country, her family, and what makes travel so important for students. “Travel allows us to see and experience the most beautiful things in life, and when you go home you take wonderful memories of your trip. Come back to Greece and we’ll make more memories together!” Many thanks to all the students and mothers that made this trip so special!
